 Scale distinction:  Keeled dorsal scales in 27-31 generally 29 rows (midbody). Lower 5 rows on each side are smooth. An undivided anal plate. Split subcaudal scales.  Rostral scale enlarged, curving backward and ending in a point between and behind nostrils
